Hometrades 4U is a small Nottingham Handyman business specialising in property maintenance, handyman and home assembly services
The problem
I started Hometrades 4U because I discovered that a lot of people I was working for had bad experience with tradesmen in the past either not turning up, and if they did they would overcharge for a substandard job.
I also found whilst working the customer could have up to 2-3 different tradesmen on site ie. plumbers electricians, joiners or decorators, this would quickly become very confusing for the customer arranging the times and dates not to mention the spiraling cost.
The solution
I decided that why not create a company that would consolidate all these trades into one, allowing us to turn our hand to any type of job whilst on site, the idea to provide an efficient and high quality service for a fraction of the cost.
Customer satisfaction is the key to our success and we believe it is vital to establish a good relationship with the customer, Home trades aims to provide a friendly and reliable service, as positive feedback and word of mouth will help further establish us in a very competitive market.
